Organizational Effectiveness
Automating Work at Scale
Manual processes limited productivity and introduced unnecessary complexity across consulting and delivery teams. I designed and implemented more than 100 workflow automations spanning Jira, Salesforce, Kantata, and Microsoft Power Automate, reducing repetitive work, improving data consistency, and enabling consultants and leadership to spend more time delivering customer value instead of managing administrative tasks.

Developing an Enterprise Knowledge Management Ecosystem
Effective organizations depend on people being able to quickly find, trust, and contribute knowledge. Drawing on my background in technical writing, documentation management, and information architecture, I designed scalable knowledge management systems, publishing standards, reusable templates, and governance models that transformed fragmented documentation into trusted organizational assets supporting consultants, partners, and cross-functional teams worldwide.

Focusing on Continuous Improvement as an Operating Model
Continuous improvement is most effective when driven by measurable insights rather than assumptions. I established standardized metrics, Agile maturity assessments, team health evaluations, and feedback mechanisms that enabled leadership to identify improvement opportunities, prioritize organizational changes, and continuously evolve delivery practices based on data rather than opinion.
